John Wine Snob says:
My brother, Steve, sister-in-law Vicki, and I had a bottle of Venta Morales Tempranillo from Spain in a really great sidewalk café in Belleville, Illinois. It was a pretty good wine, but a bit overpriced at $18. It was nice and airy the way a Tempranillo should be. Tempranillo is my favorite summertime red as readers of cheap wine Snobs know. It had a very nice cherry and currant flavor, but as Steve noted, there was no exhale flavor. When it was swallowed it stayed swallowed. I always look forward to the exhale, but it was not to be. I will give it a high 2 stars. It could have been 3 if there had been more than a terminal breath.
