John Wine Snob says:
Still at Cleveland Heath in Edwardsville, Illinois, it was dessert time. The smiling dessert lady described the three desserts available that evening, but she kept coming back to the cherry pie. When I say she loves that cherry pie, she really loves that cherry pie. We ordered that cherry pie. Now I love that cherry pie. To go with the cherry pie we stayed on the Iberian Peninsula and went to Portugal and ordered the Vinho Verde 2011 for $15 for a cooling down period. The waiter said it was a nice patio wine and he was not kidding. It was not expensive and not complicated, but refreshing and slightly effervescent. There was a little melon and a little citrus. It was a walk off home run. I will give it 3.5 stars.
