Granachas de Espana Salvaje del Moncayo

John Wine Snob says:
The Proyecto is a mighty fine Proyecto. This Granachas de Espana by Salvaje del Moncayo was better than the $16. I paid for it.
It needs a little breathing room, so pour and be patient for about 15 minutes or so. It is a great summer time red that starts with strawberry and a not so overpowering oak. Breathing reveals a peppery flavor that made me think of my time spent on hot days in Andorra dining al fresco on Spanish pepper steaks and watching bocce matches.
This Bonita señorita gets 4 stars.
