Carlo Rossi Red Table Wine


 

John Wine Snob says: What do you do with a jug wine? I dump a gallon of it in a large pot along with some peppercorns and rosemary and reduce that thing all day. Then melt some butter in it and put in a little Worcestershire sauce and serve it with a really good steak. Before I dump it in I always pour out a glass or two for myself when no one is looking because I have a weird taste for it when I am running around like nuts tying to cook for guests. I would give it almost 2 stars.
