John Wine Snob says:
The Capitello Sauvignon Blanc 2009 from New Zealand was a good choice on a foggy and cold day in Newport Oregon. It was about $24 for the bottle at a restaurant. I had it with a wonderful seafood stew and watched fishing boats with my friend Blake. The wine was a little thicker and more flowery than a California Sauvignon. It was a little like the sweetness of a scallop.
It was a great accompaniment to a big load of freshly caught seafood.
I will give it three stars.
